All Frontline Athletic built exercise equipment – everything we manufacture – comes with our EOW Lifetime Guarantee.

If you find a way to wear our stuff out or break it, Frontline Athletic will fix or replace (at our discretion) your item, free of charge. No receipt necessary - we recognize our own stuff - and when you bought it does not matter. Ya know…lifetime

Frontline Athletic builds top of the line gear and with that comes top of the line attention. We are a community, and we all use our gear differently. That is the way we like it. EOW Guarantee: Explained

-All Frontline Athletic built fitness equipment — everything we manufacture, sandbags, rucks, rucking accessories — comes with our EOW Lifetime Guarantee. This Guarantee covers craftsmanship defects as well as repairs on gear.

We don’t need proof of purchase. We know our gear when we see it and your date of purchase does not matter. Lifetime.

EOW Guarantee: Defects

EOW covers any defects for Frontline Athletic-Built fitness equipment. Defects are not okay and definitely part from quality standards that we have on all exercise equipment we build. A defect will usually be evident within the first few days of receiving the item and/or through use. Simply EMAIL us at info@6j3.436.myftpupload.com. In the body of the email list the item, issue and provide a photo.  We will get back to you in 1-3 business days.  Failure to provide proper defect documentation will delay your repair or replacement process.

EOW Guarantee: Gear Repairs

Normal wear and tear repairs are covered for FREE on Frontline Athletic Built equipment and with a few minor exclusions.

Normal wear and tear repairs/damage covered:

  • Rucks
    • Shoulder Strap Reinforcements
    • Shoulder Strap Replacements
    • Small hole(s) or rip(s) caused from wear and use over-time that can be patched up (there are some areas of the ruck or sandbag that are not easily patched and in these cases we will be happy to provide alternative repair options)
    • Seam reinforcement
    • Zipper pull replacements
  • Training Gear (i.e. Sandbags, soft plates, accessories) 
    • Handle reinforcements or replacements
    • Small hole(s) that can be patched

If we are not able to repair the damage from normal wear and tear then we will work with you directly on options.

Apparel NOT eligible for free repairs or replacements due to wear and tear.

The below type of damage is not covered by EOW for free but we will always work with you for repair options at a fair cost to get you back in action. 

  • Excessive abuse or damage resulting in tears and rips
  • Overfilling sandbags causing the interior bag to burst (we know what this looks like)
  • Zipper pull replacements 
  • Dog/Animal Damage 
  • Knife or bullet/firearm damage 
  • Stains or burns from fire/heat damage 
  • Washer or dryer damage (gear is not to be cleaned with a washer or dryer) 
  • Busted/crushed zippers or zipper damage from corrosion or excessive abuse that requires full zipper replacement(s) 
  • Hip Belt buckles and sternum strap buckles (we offer replacements for sale)
  • Apparel

Any second hand gear that has been used for competition in conjunction with our affiliate programs (i.e. Spartan DEKA loaner program rucks).

The below items are not covered:

  • All third party products (i.e. patches, graphic t-shirts, accessories, etc.)
  • Steel Ruck Plates
  • Hip Belt and Sternum Strap Buckles*

*Most damage to buckles occur when dropping a fully weighted ruck on top of them. Please take care when setting your gear down. 1 ounce of plastic will always loose to 20+ lbs of steel.

Simply EMAIL info@6j3.436.myftpupload.com with the subject line “EOW repair”.  In the body of the email describe the damage, how it occurred and submit a picture. We will be in touch within 1-3 business days.

You’re responsible for the cost of shipping your Frontline Athletic equipment to us. We cover the return shipping.

If our EOW team has determined that your request falls under our warranty but your gear is not repairable, we will be more than happy to replace your gear. However, keep in mind that we can only replace it with gear we currently have available.

This means that the materials and features used in our current gear may differ from the original item you submitted your repair request with.

Damage caused by more than excessive abuse will be repaired at a fair price.  We will reach out to you to discuss cost before we go forward with a repair.  If we cannot repair it we will let you know and we’ll cover return shipping.
